The Nomad’s Settlement (Little Pamir, Afghanistan, 2008)

This is a nomadic settlement in Little Pamir. During the summer months, the Kyrgyz live in tents (ooy), while in winter they stay in concrete mud houses. The Kyrgyz still maintain disappearing nomadic way of live, moving into different location of the grassland depending on seasons of the year, on average four different places in a year.

Permukiman Para Pengelana (Pamir Kecil, Afghanistan, 2008)
